Step 1: Request A Quote

Tell us about your collection and your move. The more detail you can share – cellar access, flights of stairs, distance to the driveway, collection size – the faster and more accurate your quote will be. We handle all information with complete discretion. Let us know upfront if you’ll need packing and unpacking services, a full bottle-by-bottle inventory, or additional insurance coverage, and we’ll incorporate all of it into your proposal before anything moves forward.

Step 2: Shipping Proposal

From the information you have provided via the Request A Quote step, we will provide you with a detailed Shipping Proposal Estimate, providing clear and transparent itemized costs related to the safe shipment of your wine collection.

Step 3: Pickup

Once you approve the proposal, we schedule everything on our end. One of our wine professionals will arrive at your home or storage facility in a temperature-controlled reefer van to collect your collection. If you’ve added packing or inventory services, we handle those at pickup – so the hard work is done before your wine ever leaves your hands.

Step 4: Transportation

Your collection travels to its destination in our temperature-controlled vehicles – never exposed to ambient conditions, never left to chance. You’ll have a single dedicated point of contact who provides regular updates throughout transit. You’ll always know where your wine is and how it’s doing.

Step 5: Final Delivery

Your account manager coordinates delivery directly with you so the timing works around your schedule. If you’ve opted for unpacking service, our team will rack your collection in your cellar and remove all materials – leaving it clean, organized, and ready to enjoy.
